2019 Communication and Technology Congress - CTC

In the communication and technology congress held in 2019, two papers were published in the field of IT Law, titled "Protecting The Rights in Web 2.0 With Web 1.0 Intruments or Self-Defense"  and  "Comparison of the Online Education Platforms and Innovative Solution Proposals".

Within the scope of the study conducted in the field of informatics law, the legal basis in the field of informatics security was examined and the declaration was concluded by addressing the possibilities of self-defense self-defense against informatics crimes.

With the research on E-Learning, the existing LMS platforms in the sector were examined and comparisons were made under 8 main parameters and 66 sub-parameters. Taking into consideration the developing communication technologies, a proposal regarding the new technologies has been concluded.
